Another year.

Well, Caitlyn is another year older today. It's been another year of counting my blessings for having such a wonderful child. It was another year of straight A's across the board and the first year of middle school. Happy Birthday babe!

All of this rain has really put a damper on my shooting/learning curve since I haven't been out at all in quite a while. Today was the perfect excuse to dust off some gear and beg (force) Caitlyn to participate in taking some snaps. As always she was a great sport about it though.

Here she is doing what she loves best. This kid could read 24/7 if she was allowed to.

Ever since she was a baby I've enjoyed just standing over her and watching her sleep. There's just something about how peaceful and beautiful a time it is.
