I'm not sure if any of you have actually stopped to look at this structure, but it really is something to look at. I love the overall design, the look and the materials used. It has some nice details that you really have to stop and look at to notice. I've been wanting to get to it with a really nice sky with some fluffy clouds. That was the case early on yesterday, but by the time I could actually get to it there wasn't much left in the form of clouds. All of the large windows will really make for some great reflections when the time is right. You'll notice some of that here, but it's not maximized. This happens to be one side of the structure. I'll have to revisit it when the lighting and sky are where I want them.
Just down Main St. is another spectacle that given the right timing can have a dramatic look. I was hoping to catch it against the stormy clouds but that didn't quite workout. It only moved for a short period while I was there also. I really want it to be at full spin against some dramatic skies for the full effect. Oh well...still a good practice session.
That cloud at the bottom of this one was just menacing, but not nearly in the right position:
