On my way home just before sunset today I noticed that the clouds were parting and the sun was going to make a showing after the 12" dumping of snow. I was hoping for an epic after storm sunset but I didn't have much time. My only nearby option was the Heath trail. I was still all suited up from work so it was a no brainer. I loaded up some gear and headed over.
What a workout that was! Trudging through all that fresh snow for such a long period really wears you out. I don't ever want to willingly do that again. At any rate, here are some keepers from the trek. It wasn't so epic after all, so I had to work with what I was given.
