We had Caitlyns half brother over today. Once again I used the photo opp. to my advantage and took some portraits. The brown blanket wasn't exactly ideal for this type of thing, but it was the best we could come up with. The background for these wasn't ideal either, so I tried to just under expose it as much as I could so that it wouldn't be a distraction. I used what's called a beauty dish for these shots which provides some nice round catch lights in the eyes. The last shot is just a 20deg. grid. It was shot in the garage so I didn't want any light spilling onto the surrounding area. The lighting is a bit harsh, but it beats seeing everything in the background and on the floor.
